Siebel CRM - Version 8.1 [21039] to 8.2.2.1 SIA[23012] [Release V8]

The following products are being used:

1. OSB setup with WLS 10.3.0+.

2. Siebel 8.1.1.3+

We have observed that when we are trying to connect to OSB (Oracle Service Bus)/WLS (WebLogic Server) JMS Destination (like a queue or a topic) using the Siebel client (which is acting as producer/consumer), and in case the WLS server hosting the destination crashes, then the Siebel client fails with an error:

So, our goal is to have a JMS setup which is able to recover itself even in case of the hosting nodes crashes or to have a Siebel JMS setup which is able to failover to any available destination hosting server when the current hosting server crashes (due to any reason).
