Siebel version: 126.96.36.199 SIA  on Windows platform
There are two issues;
(i) The SWSE logs are not generating
(ii) The IIS web server process w3svc is crashing when trying to access the Siebel application login page
The crash_nnnn.txt file are seen in the SWSE bin directory, D:\Apps\sba81\SWEApp\BIN
The crashing process is the IIS web server process, w3svc.
The call stack for the crashes is showing initial frames for the IIS process and then some SWSE calls :
