Modify Asset Gives Error SBL-CFG-00163 In Configurator Due To Eligibility (Doc ID 1479826.1)

We get Eligibility errors when doing Modify Asset

When we modify an asset we get eligibility errors during customization when a product has passed effective end date

We expect that for assets there should not be any eligibility error when the effective end date has passed

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create product structure as follows:
Product A
  Product A1
  Product A2
2. Make sure that Check Eligibility flag is set for all above products. Release all and refresh cache.
3. Create a Sales Order and Add A along with A1 and A2. Then press AutoAsset to create assets.
4. For Product A1 set Effective End Date to a past date (e.g today - 3)
5. Modify A
==> Configurator is launched with:

Message: not eligible: Available from until

The item that you are trying to customize contains invalid sub-items or attributes or does not comply with the corresponding customizable product definition. Do you wish to proceed and have the invalid selections removed or fixed? (SBL-CFG-00163)
