Siebel Gateway Having Issue When Started Using Crsctl (Doc ID 1485119.1)

Symptoms

Starting of the Siebel gateway resource configured as an application resource on Oracle clusterware does not start using crsctl.

The following errors are being notified.

1.Fatal error (2555922): Could not open connection to Siebel Gateway configuration store (%1:%2)., exiting...
