Siebel IMAP Drivers Stop Working With Email Having Attachments Sized Over 15 MB (Doc ID 1498825.1)

On Siebel using Email Response with Internet SMTP/IMAP Server driver to pull emails from email server and created Email - Inbound activities.

When attempting to pull email with large attachments the CommInboundRcvr process keep failing to pull the email message the following error occurs in Internet SMTP/IMAP Server driver log files:

IMAPSMTP[07/25/2012 07:29:39:347]:ERROR:
IMAPSMTP[07/25/2012 07:29:39:347]:ERROR:Error retrieving mail stream object
IMAPSMTP[07/25/2012 07:29:39:347]:ERROR:Error retrieving mail stream object, could not copy stream object
IMAPSMTP[07/25/2012 07:29:39:347]:DBG:unlocked access to MAIL client, failed to retrieve message 1
IMAPSMTP[07/25/2012 07:29:39:347]:ERROR:JMailClient object failed to retrieve message stream object from email server
IMAPSMTP[07/25/2012 07:29:39:347]:ERROR:Could not retrieve email message

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send some email with large attachments like 10- 21MB
2. CommInboundRcvr failed to download the emails.
3. After a restart it start to pull the same email message with large attachments that was stuck and causing a loop on Email Response module.
