Symptoms

Version : 8.2.2

Issue:

Web service call has started failing following an upgrade from Siebel 8.1 to 8.2.

Siebel is throwing the following error message when we receive the external server's response.

Error:
Error while processing argument
http://[Some URL]

Error occurred while creating integration hierarchy. Only one instance of Integration Component 'ICName' is required as per definition of EAI Integration Object 'IOName'.(SBL-EAI-50217)

This was not an issue on Siebel 8.1.x release
