Siebel Marketing Add Segment Error (Doc ID 1511378.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add a new segment in siebel marketing the following error occurs.

ERROR

Operation 'getJobInfo' of Web Service 'com.siebel.analytics.web/soap/v1.JobManagementService' at port 'JobManagementServiceSoap' failed with the following explanation: "Unable to find job with Id "0". Too much time may have expired since you generated or accessed this job.".(SBL-EAI-04308)"

Changes

 This is implemented with Siebel 8.2.2 integrating with OBIEE 11.1.1.6.
