Symptoms

The following error is occurring in both User Interface and the Object Manager log, when trying to maintain Products Constraints:

SBL-CFG-00183: Cannot Load Rule Function Table. Please Check if File System Directory for Cache File is Valid or not. Please Contact Your System Administrator.

The error is seen using the following steps:

  1. Go to Administration - Products

  2. Go to Product Definitions

  3. Drilldown in the "Workspace" version of the Product

  4. Go to "Constraints" tab

 The error can happen with Web Client and also Web Dedicated Client.
