There are two fields without label on "Report Output Form Applet". (Doc ID 1519623.1)

Symptoms

On Japanese environment, "Report Output Form Applet" on the “Report Output List View” has two fields without label/caption.

1) Navigate to the “Reports output Screen” (“My BI Publisher Reports” in Japanese environment) from “Reports” icon. 

2) Two fields on the “Report Output Form Applet”  which is lower applet, one on left and the other on right, do not have labels while fields may have some values.

3) Field label on left is supposed be (Tags) and one on right is (Query String) in Japanese, respectively.
