When navigate to a specific view, an applet which is not set as a default applet focus becomes focused.

An applet which is not set as a default applet focus becomes focused when navigates to a target view. Although Visibility and Default Applet Focus property of a view, these properties do not work correctly.
This issue is reproducible on 18.104.22.168 HI and Open UI as well.
