End user is using Siebel Public Sector Case Management and process he gets following error:

[1] Internal error occured when handling following exception. Current task was cancelled.(SBL-PBR-00530)
[2] Error when invoking SIS OM PMT Service method called Set Profile Attribute in phase Set ProfileAttribute GRRQExec.(SBL-BPR-00162)
[3] You don't have rights to target Order Management'. Contact administrator (SBL-ORD-00155)

This happens only in user acceptance test environment, we are not able to reproduce it in development environment nor system test environment. It's still unknown which difference between those environment can cause this problem.
