Symptoms
While invoking an outbound webservice from Siebel, the requirement is to send the Last Updated and Created dates in UTC and ISO format e.g "2013-01-04T02:01:16Z"
These field are defined as UTC_DATETIMEime fields in both Business Component and Integration Object layers . To output the date in the above format , UTCCanonical = Y is set the EAI Siebel Adapter "Query" step, but with this it generates an error at the Data Mapper step :
The value '<?>' cannot be converted to a date time (SBL-DAT-00359).
