Campaign Load Errors for Multiple Waves (Doc ID 1543248.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

When attempting to load campaigns the process stalls. And the Job status remains "In Progress" status and Errors reported.


ERROR

"Error/Warning : Error invoking service 'Mktg Data Load Service', method 'CampaignLoad' at step 'Load Segment Tree Cells/Segments'.(SBL-BPR-00162) One or more of the parallel tasks may have encountered an error. Any queued tasks that were scheduled to follow the failed task have been cancelled.(SBL-MKT-00453)”

The above listed error is a generic error. Further investigation indicated the following - ERROR->"SBL-SRB-00061: Process WfProcMgr on Siebel Server <Server Name> terminated. This was observed when the server job record for the campaign load was drilled down.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Associate multiple waves to a campaign record
2. Associate segment/list to the campaign record and allocate the segment/list to a multiple treatments
3. Load the campaign
4. Observe that the campaign load process stalls. Status is "In Progress" Check the server record by drilling down on that record.

Observed WF Process manager with a termination error.
