Symptoms

When Siebel database is setup on Fix Pack 8.1.1.8, S_APP_VER.DB_SCHEMA_VER column is set to incorrect value '48' instead of the correct one '45'. It mainly affects the EIM job behavior as described on "EIM - Does Not Resolve _BI columns from _BU columns After Applying Siebel Version 8.1.1.8 Fix Pack. [ID 1538260.1]"
