Is it possible to set email address instead of From Address when error occurred? (Doc ID 1547917.1)

Goal

Customer need to set a specific email address instead of From Address to receive emails once error occurred.
For example, ordinarily "envelope from" can be set to receive mails when error occurred.

To meet this requirement, is it possible to set email address using Siebel parameters?
