Using an Anchor Tag Syntax Is Not Working In Open UI Object Manager, Calculated Field (Doc ID 1568144.1)

Symptoms

When using a calculated field to build an HTML Anchor, the following calculated value is working in Siebel HI, but is not working in Open UI:
Test Case:

1. Add Field AATest to Service Request BC with the following attributes:

  

Compiled these changes

In HI, this results in a field value of "Track", and the link in the lower left of the browser as http://jquery.com?AATest=aaa.

But in Open UI, the field value is showing up and includes the Anchor Tag, instead of just implementing the Anchor Tag.
