ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Form applet that contains more controls that span over the standard resolution monitor (to the right) does not show up in a scroll bar in Open UI. Hence, the controls on the right are not reachable.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
A scroll bar should appear on the applet in order to move to the right to see the rightmost columns
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with any form applet that has more controls added to the right.
