"Server Busy" happened when accessing a web site which connects to new created AOM.

Customer created a new Application Object Manager(AOM): "eautoObjMgrSI_enu" by copying from eAutomotive Object Manager (eautoObjMgr_enu), set suitable values of eautoObjMgrSI_enu component parameters, created a new virtual directory on Web Server, and modify SWSE settings.
