Symptoms

We are using named blocks for conditional content within email treatments. We send enewsletters with a lot of rules or conditions that have to be evaluated in order to send the email treatment to contact. The HTML with all conditional content is very big: 2 MG.

Name blocks personalization is working fine but we have that when the campaign is launched the task ends with error:Error al invocar servicio 'Wave Execution', método 'SendOffers' en el paso 'Send Offers / Vendor Lists'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

Although Marketing campaign Launch ends with error on step Send Offers, emails are already sent by ESD. The personalization is working fine.
