How to collect detailed log for Security Adapter issue. (Doc ID 1596775.1)

Goal

The customer had set up Siebel Server environment with DB authentication successfully. Then he enabled the authentication with the LDAP Security adapter. When a web client was launched, following error message appeared on the browser.

The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again [10:51:26]

Also, the corresponding object manager log file showed the following error messages.

 

GenericLog  GenericError      1     0000000252533242:0      2013-10-08 10:51:26      (secmgr.cpp (2769) err=4597521 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10001: An internal error has occurred within the authentication subsystem for the Siebel application. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.

ObjMgrSessionLog  Error 1     0000000252533242:0      2013-10-08 10:51:26     (physmod.cpp (9377)) SBL-DAT-00565: An internal error has occurred within the authentication subsystem for the Siebel application. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.

ObjMgrSessionLog  Error 1     0000000252533242:0      2013-10-08 10:51:26     (model.cpp (5970)) SBL-DAT-00565: An internal error has occurred within the authentication subsystem for the Siebel application. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.

 

Since they are very generic messages, it is difficult to identify the root cause. What is the way to collect more detailed information to pinpoint it?
