Symptoms
Statement of Issue:

Unable to import certificate in Siebel Server
Environment:
-------------------
8.1.1.6 [21233]
Steps:
---------
1. Login to Siebel Server with Siebel user id using any X-Windows client tool
2. Source environment script siebenv.sh, run "mwcontrol $SIEBEL_ROOT/mw/lib/inetcpl.cpl"
3. Click on Content > Certificates > Import and follow step as prompted then click Finish button, followed by Close and Cancel buttons to shutdown the mwcontrol utility
4. Re-run mwcontrol command per step 2 and verify certificate imported on step 3 is not there
Error:

No error reported.
Expected Behavior:
---------------------------
Certificate imported should be listed.
Actual Behavior:
-----------------------
No error reported but certificate is not listed.
Business Impact:
-------------------------
Not able to register certificate for Outbound HTTP Transport Requests / Web Services Over SSL
