Data Validation Manager (DVM) Rule Set Revise Button Does Not Copy Field Values For Rule Actions (Doc ID 1606784.1)

Symptoms

We have an issue with revising DVM rules. After clicking the Revise button, a new version is created, but records in Rules > Actions > Field values are not copied to the new version.

This has been reproduced with vanilla SRF.

How to reproduce with vanilla SRF:
- Go to Administration - Data Validation > Rule Sets
- Create new rule set with one or more rules
- Add one or more Business Component actions and field values
- Activate the DVM
- Click the Revise button
- Field values enteres for actions in the original DVM rules are not included in the copy created by the Revise button
