Open UI - Applets Not Displaying Correctly In Updated Chrome Browser

In Open UI, applets are not displaying correctly in the Chrome 32.x browser.
The same applets display fine in Internet Explorer, Firefox and earlier versions of Chrome ( such as Chrome Version :31.x. , 32.0.1700.107 m.).
STEPS1. Launch Call Center.
2. Go to Contacts > Contacts List.
3. Observe the Middle Initial field in the lower form applet.
Middle Initial field overlaps the Contact Address.
Region drop down overlaps.
Phone displays are not correct.
Numerous applets are distorted. The above is only one example.
The same behavior was noted for Account List View > Account Detail Applet with a custom implementation of a toggle applet.
As the browser script only fires once on load of the view "Account Detail", all subsequent applet toggles will overlap controls.
After applying recommendations from both Document Id 1584196.1 and Document Id 1593508.1, the toggle issue still persists.
The Chrome browser was updated.
