Siebel Tools Add to Archive functionality not working
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

user should be able to archive the objects
STEPS
-----------------------
1) launched Siebel Tools
2) selected business components on OBLE and selected the first record, which was the "A Portfolio Account" business component, then chose "Tools > Add to Archive..." from the menu
3) Nothing appears to happen
BUSINESS IMPACT

unable to archive objects
