Task Log Cleanup Component Removes S_TU_LOG Records When Task Has Not Finished (SBL-DAT-00494) (Doc ID 1621622.1)

Symptoms

The S_TU_LOG record is deleted while the user is still in the Task. The user will be prompted with an error message: "The selected record has been deleted by another user since it was retrieved. Please continue. (SBL-DAT-00494)"

Only Completed Tasks logs should be deleted, excluding ones that have been paused or still in progress.

STEPS
1. Enable Task Log Cleanup component.
2. Start a Task with a Commit step followed by a TBC view and proceed to that view. 
3. Wait 5 minutes for the Task log to be deleted.

Result:  Attempt to change a field value and error will be raised:  "The selected record has been deleted by another user since it was retrieved. Please continue. (SBL-DAT-00494)"
