Symptoms

In a Linux environment, after Campaign Launch is completed, the generated List File with Distribution List is not not uploaded to FTP configured in vendor's profile.

This works when simulating Outbound Communications Manager BS in Windows Siebel server to FTP to Linux machine

0 bytes file is added on the FTP location and following error is seen in the Workflow Log file:

The issue can be reproduced with below steps:

1. Created the following FTP Profile on Administration - Communications > Communication Drivers and Profiles > FTP > FR FTP Test:

a. IP Address: XXX.X.X.X

b. Port: XXXX

c. LogDebug: True

d. Hostname: XXXXX.XXX.XXXX.XXX

e. Filename: C:\Users\XXXXXX\Desktop\test.txt

2. With the FTP driver profile correctly defined (just for testing purpose) simulate BS as follows:

BS: Outbound Communications Manager

Method: SendMessage 

Arguments:

CommProfile: FR FTP Test

ProcessMode: Local
