LOV NavCtrlPR Does Not Take In Account The Language in User Preferences (Doc ID 1671365.1)

The List of Values "NavCtrlPR" does not consider the Language set in Open UI.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In the Application, go to Administration - Data > List of Values
2. Query for NavCtrlPR and Parent LIC = Desktop
3. Activate all the Languages by setting Active = Y and Clear Cache
4. Logoff and login again to the Application
5. In the Menu, select Tools > User Preferences > Behaviour
6. Select Navigation Control and note that the values for three languages: ENU and German and Italian are displayed

Changes

 Activate all Languages for the affected LOV
