Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030] version, Siebel Marketing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
List importing functionality is taking lot of time to process the data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The functionality should not take long time to complete.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to Administration > Marketing > Import Mapping : Create mapping for Lead Object
2. go to Administration > Marketing > List Import : Create job to import the lead
3. Set the Schedule date and click Activate.
