Open UI: Resizing of Pick Applets Will Lead To Controls Lying Outside Applet (Doc ID 1677778.1)

Symptoms

Pick Applet shows controls outside it's window.

Controls like "Starting With" and "Go" buttons will be displayed outside it's popup window frame.

However, when the pick applet is not wide enough we expect that the contents of this applet outside the frame are not shown.

NOTE: This may happen also without resizing or shrinking in case of using another langauge (e.g. in FRA application)

 
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Start Open UI application with FireFox browser
2. Go to Administration - Data > List Of Values
3. For a certain record open the pick applet for "Parent LIC" field
  => Pick applet is shown. If it is not wide enough the Starting With field and Go button are displayed outsde the applet frame
