Symptoms
When trying to launch an URL where the parameter SWERowId has a + sign, the error below occurs:
Invalid parameter: '1 CGDS' passed to SWE.(SBL-UIF-00340)
This can be reproduced using the steps below:
1. Use any record where the ROW_ID has a '+' character - e.g: 1+CGDS
2. In the browser, use the URL below as an example:
