Is it possible to change the applet menu Export popup applet defaults?
This is the "SWE Export Applet" with the special class CSSSWEFramePopupExport.
We reviewed the applet in tools and it is not clear how to change the default export options for "Rows to Export", "Columns to Export", and "Output Format".
Can we do the following?

1.  Change the default option "All Columns" in the export option for external users. Some users currently experience corruption of the data in the exported CSV file unless they specify 'All' option.

2.  Change the default option for CSV format to be "Comma Separated" while exporting data from the Internal or external application.  Change the default delimiter as comma (,) for import and export feature
