Revise Order updating Order Status to a value other than Pending if state model is enabled.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an new order status LOV starting  with "Pending" for example: Pending Payment
2. create state model such that you can change Order status from Pending to Pending Payment or cancelled or complete
3. restart the services and make sure state model have been applied
4. do modify order

You can modified order status has been changed to Pending Payment instead of Pending
