With the following condition, Siebel Tools Client shows the label name on the Object List Editor in the non-ENU language.

1) Incremental Repository Merge (IRM) has been done.

2) The primary language is non-ENU, such as Japanese (JPN).

Below is the example when JPN is the primary language.
