SBL-DAT-60241 Is Raised While TaskUI Runs At Commit Step

Symptoms
On : 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030] version, Task Based UI
During Task execution, the following error occurs:
ERROR
[1] An error has occurred committing the record of business component 'Position'. The user key of the record is
Party name = ""
Division Id=""
Conflict Id=""(SBL-DAT-60241)
[2] The selected record has been deleted by another user since it was retrieved. Please continue(SBL-DAT-00494).
STEPS
1. Task UI is based on the Service Agreement.
2. Task includes Main task flow and Sub tasks.
3. In the Sub task ,there is a 'Commit ' step to save the updates.
Due to this issue, users cannot save the record.
