Getting Error while doing Auto Quote, Reprice, Select Dsicount, Add Product and Reprice All

Error should not occur while doing Auto Quote, Reprice, Select Dsicount, Add Product and Reprice All


Getting the below error:

[1] Error invoking service 'Context Service',method 'GetRowSetData' at step 'Get Row Set'. (SBL-BPR-00162)
[2] Variable 'Prod Prom Instance Id' has an invalid value in Type, In/Out, On Null field or has an invalid source or source parameter type. Please contact your Siebel Administrator. (SBL-ISS-00655)

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1 - In Opportunities Screen go to Opportunity Quote View.
After pressing "Auto Quote" button new Quote record is created and got the mentioned error.
2 - When trying to select discount value from the created Quote record the same error appears.
3 - After drilling down the created Quote and moving to Line Items under it, created new item and after picking a product got the same error.
4 - After pressing "Reprice All" of the Line Items got the same error.


Due to this issue, users are unable to perform order management related operations.
