Symptoms

Customer is unable to download accented files from attachments. The following error is found in the OM log file:

   SBL-UIF-00327: Unable to get the file requested

It is happening for both, OpenUI and HI Clients.

Changes

 DSFileSystem has been set to "*FSM*,/siebefs2/att" for the Name SubSystem ServerDataSrc
