Siebel server not starting and all the components crashing with error message : SBL-OSD-02011

When attempting to start siebel services after 188.8.131.52,
the following error occurs.
ServerLog ProcessExit 1 0000488c540822ed:0 2014-09-04 17:59:26 SRBroker 8960 SBL-OSD-02011 Process 8960 exited with error - Process exited because of a segment violation (SIGSEGV)
ServerLog ProcessExit 1 0000488c540822ed:0 2014-09-04 17:59:32 SRBroker 8972 SBL-OSD-02011 Process 8972 exited with error - Process exited because of a segment violation (SIGSEGV)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After ensuring that the DB services are up and running, we turn start the gateway services. To start the gateway services, we go to the GTWYROOT, source the environment file, run START_NS command. Then we move to SIEBSRVRROOT and source the environment file and START_SERVER ALL. (We only have one application server in the enterprise)
