After migration of the existing Siebel Server to the new Siebel Server, Siebel Report fails with SBL-RPT-50580: Can not get file "?". (Doc ID 1927781.1)

Symptoms

Database and Siebel Server definitions are migrated from the existing Siebel Server to the new Siebel Server environment. While a web client works fine, it cannot generate a customized report.

- There is an error message on the client browser.

Can not get file "?". (SBL-RPT-50580)

 

- There are error messages on the object manager's log file.

SBL-RPT-50580: Can not get file "REP_002_1.rtf".

SBL-RPT-50580: Can not get file "?".

Changes

 New Siebel Server is deployed.
