After upgrading from Siebel 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168, all inbound web services were failing with the error below when invoked through SOAPUI.
The EAI OM was checked, server restarts were executed but all requests were still failing.
Error message: An error occurred while trying to process your request. This error indicates a problem with the configuration of this server and should be reported to the webmaster (along with any errors listed below). We apologize for the inconvenience
Login failed attempting to connect to siebel.TCPIP.None.None://VirtualServer/siebstage/EAIObjMgr_enu
SBL-SSM-00004: SISNAPI Hello failed. The server component could be down.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Call a Siebel Web Service through SOAPUI. The error message will be thrown.
