On : 8.2.2.2 SIA[23016] version, Client Functionality
When attempting to run a campaign load with OBIEE clustering enabled the following error occurs:

Operation 'writeListFiles' of Web Service 'com.siebel.analytics.web/soap/v1.JobManagementService' at port 'JobManagementServiceSoap' failed with the following explanation: "Sax parser returned an exception.
Message: Expected end of tag 'br', Entity publicId: , Entity systemId: , Line number: 1, Column number: 649".(SBL-EAI-04308)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add the following to instanceconfig.xml in OBI
2. Run a campaign load
3. Error occurs
