When dragging an email from Outlook to any Siebel Attachment tab, Siebel freezes up for a minute

Steps To Reproduce:

Navigate to Accounts > Attachments
Drag and drop an item from the Outlook
The application hangs for around 60 seconds and hourglass spins during this period
