ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to remove the Siebel Server configuration from the existing Siebel Enterprise

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When using Siebel Server Configuration Wizard and selecting Remove Existing Configuration for the siebel server, the siebel server selected should be removed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Siebel Server Configuration Wizard.
2. Choose Remove Existing Configuration.

3. Follow the wizard prompts.
