Siebel 8.2.2.4 Silent Install Parameter -nowait Not Working (Doc ID 1953279.1)

Symptoms

When installing the Siebel server software using a response file the following command line is entered:

\setup.bat -silent -nowait -waitforcompletion -responseFile

While the installation is successful the parameters -nowait and -waitforcompletion are ignored.

Should these options be available with the Oracle Universal Installer for Siebel 8.2.2.4 ?
