When an account on an asset is changed from Assets screen, the following error occurs.

There were more rows than could be returned. Please refine your query to bring back fewer rows(SBL-DAT-00500)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Siebel Service.
2. Go to Assets > List. Make sure that there are more than 10K asset records available.
3. Change the account on an existing asset record and the error occurs.
