User Key Errors With Task UI (SBL-DAT-60241) (SBL-DAT-00934) (Doc ID 1957794.1)

Symptoms

In some cases, Siebel tries to save the extension table data before the base table data, potentially leading to the following a User Key error on Task UI:

[1] An error has occurred committing the record  of business component 'TT_R2_Contact_Parallel'.  The user key of the record is
Person UId = ""
Primary Organization Id = ""
Owned By Id = ""
S_CONTACT.Conflict Id = ""
(SBL-DAT-60241)
[2] An update conflict (operation code ) occured for BusComp with ID .(SBL-DAT-00934)


STEPS
1. Launch Task UI.
2. Follow the flow of the Tasks.
3. Complete the Task.
