Importing Data Map definition from xml file using Siebel UI Data Map Editor View fails with error "SBL-EAI-04401: Cannot find entry 'IO_NAME' in the bounded picklist for the field 'Destination Object Name' in integration component 'EAI Object Map'" (Doc ID 1964876.1)

ISSUE STATEMENT:
----------------
Customer deployed the "retrieve" and "Retrieve" IOs to the runtime table. Then imported the datamap for "retrieve" by using the Siebel UI > Administration - Integration > Data Map Editor View > Menu button > Import Data Map option > select the data_map.XML file > Import button. Yet, during the data map import, it failed to import with the following error message:

ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000002254ac0fc8:0 2015-01-06 09:35:52 (adptutils.cpp (3498)) SBL-EAI-04401: Cannot find entry 'retrieve' in the bounded picklist for the field 'Destination Object Name' in integration component 'EAI Object Map'

WHERE IT HAPPENED:

The issue happens in customer's test environment.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-------------------------------
The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Customer deployed the "retrieve" and "Retrieve" IOs to the runtime table.

2. Then imported the datamap for "retrieve".

3. The data map import will fail with the error.

LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY / BUSINESS IMPACT:

Due to the error, the data map is not imported, so integration feature cannot be tested.
