How to change the caption for Publish button on Run Report applet in Open UI (Doc ID 1983111.1)

Goal

In Open UI, when you click 'Report' application-level icon, 'Run Report' applet is displayed which has 'My Reports' and 'Publish' buttons. This document will show you how to change the caption for the 'Publish' button on the applet.
