Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.13 [IP2013] version, Siebel EAI

When attempting to invoke web service operation 'Authenticate' by calling method 'Authenticate' of business service 'XMLP Driver Service' as an inbound web service call
the following errors are seen in the EAI log file :

ObjMgrBusServiceLog1Error1110000000554d51534:012015-02-06 16:38:391(xmlcnvsv.cpp (595)) SBL-EAI-11500: Empty output property set. Check to verify the input XML is valid.
