Symptoms

Siebel 8.1.1.9 with Oracle 11g.
Environment: Not informed

Performance issue is observed on click on Execute/cancel button of MassChange functionality in Forecasting Screen for the first time

1. Log in to Consumer Goods and connect to sample DB
2. Once home page comes access Sales Volume planning
3. Select any of account record
4. In the bottom applet, select Mass change button
5. Once opened select Cancel button ( CloseApplet )

Try the same for more than 2 times, time will reduce

The issue only occurs the first time the applet is closed
