Symptoms

UI Issues in Property Administration in Open UI shows the URL in black color.

Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to Site Map > Properties > Property List Applet,
The Web Address field shows the URL but unlike standard HI, the colour of the hyperlink is not blue instead it is black.

This issue is reproducible in standard vanilla.
